SENIOR FULL STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER - BACKEND FOCUS

TEMPE, AZ (HYBRID)

$125,000 - $140,000 BASE + BONUS + BENEFITS

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a large, well-established national organization to hire a Senior Software Engineer with strong AWS Serverless, Python, and React experience to help scale and modernize their cloud platform.

This role sits at the center of a fast-moving engineering team responsible for powering customer-facing applications (leasing, payments, maintenance) and internal systems. You'll design and build scalable, serverless backend services in AWS while contributing to modern React-based front-end applications.

This is a hands-on senior IC role with strong ownership across cloud architecture and application development.

The Engineering Environment

What You'll Be Working On

  • Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in AWS environments

What We're Looking For

  • 6-8+ years of software engineering experience
