We are searching for the best talent for Electrophysiology Supply Chain (Business) Intern to be in Irvine, CA.

  • The Intern term is from May to August, 2027.
  • Full time requirement (40 hours per week).
  • This role is hybrid with 2-3 days of in person work.

Purpose:

This is an exciting chance to develop your skills and build a strong foundation in Supply Chain within Johnson & Johnson. Supply Chain Intern roles include Value Stream, Process Capabilities, Planning and other Supply Chain areas. You will gain hands-on experience of key practices, policies and programs in Supply Chain. This role offers valuable industry skills and professional development, including the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals to contribute to the organization's success.

You will be responsible:
  • Support supply chain optimization for new and existing products through end-to-end ownership in a cross-functional setting.
  • Assist in cross-functional team meetings and generate meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine root cause, develop mitigations and corrective and preventative actions for supply chain related issues.
  • Evaluate products and processes to identify opportunities for quality improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction.
  • Exercise judgment, with guidance, within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for problem solving.
  • Ensure project deliverables are compliant to applicable standards, regulations, and procedures.

Examples of actions & milestones the Supply Chain Intern will complete include:

  • Align, inspire, and engage cross-functional team members in each project with a one team, one-win mindset.
  • Support meetings with all involved cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and prevent production issues.
  • Support project management activities, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution.
  • Support data collection and analysis of supply chain data to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and updating supply chain documentation.
  • Support Johnson & Johnson Credo activities by engaging in local community events and charities, supporting a credo-based culture.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or fifth year master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 - May 2029.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
