Job Description

SUMMARY

Under administrative leadership, it is the responsibility of part time faculty to perform tasks which support advancement of the visions, missions, and values of the colleges and District. Part time faculty have responsibilities in regards to their classroom assignment, evaluation of students, curriculum, student advising, professional development, and any assignment-specific needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's in nutrition, dietetics, or dietetics and food administration OR
  • Bachelor's in any of the above AND
  • Master's in chemistry, public health, or family and consumer studies/home economics OR

(Note: A Bachelor's in nutrition, dietetics, or dietetics and food administration, and certification as a registered dietician,
is an alternative qualification for this discipline.)

  • The equivalent.
