This role involves ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of electrical systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to various projects from inception through to completion.## **Job Description:****Key Responsibilities:****1. Design and Development:*** Lead or support the design and specification of new electrical systems or upgrades to existing systems across the fleet, ensuring alignment with reliability and safety standards.* Collaborate with engineering and project teams during the development phase of new assets or retrofits to integrate reliability principles from the outset.* Evaluate and recommend new technologies, components, or systems that enhance electrical performance and reduce lifecycle costs.* Participate in the standardization of electrical designs and components across the fleet to streamline maintenance and improve spare parts management.* Ensure all designs comply with relevant Italian and international electrical codes, fleet operational requirements, and Nadaraโ€™s engineering standards.* Support the development of technical documentation, including electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system specifications.**2. Project Management and Implementation:*** Manage and oversee electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.* Coordinate with other internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.* Perform site inspections and supervise the installation and testing of electrical systems.* Manage contacts and coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities with electrical suppliers.**3.
