Job description

The Impact: At Polk Automotive Solutions, we're focused on building products that drive real results for our clients. In this role, you'll help turn client needs and emerging market trends into clear, actionable product enhancements powered by Polk data. Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Managers withmarket and customer research, synthesizing findings into clear insights and making recommendations for product improvements.

  • Support the requirement generation process by helping define and refine product requirements, based on stakeholder input and market research.

  • Participate incross-functional meetings(e.g., with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Sales), capture detailed notes, and track action items to keep initiatives on track.

  • Contribute toproduct documentation and collateral, such as feature overviews, internal FAQs, training materials, and client-facing slides.

  • Helpanalyze product usage and performance metricsto identify trends, opportunities, and potential enhancements.

  • Assist withgo-to-market activities, including drafting internal announcements, supporting enablement sessions, and organizing feedback from early adopters.

What We're Looking For:

  • You're currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, Communications, or a related field.

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly explain complex ideas to different audiences.

  • You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • You possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills-using data and structured thinking to inform decisions.

  • You're curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

  • You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and can build strong working relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) is a must; experience with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, or AI tools is a plus.

  • You have a personal and professional interest inproduct management or data analytics, especially in the automotive or mobility space.

  • Experience with social media, digital products, or user-focused platforms is a plus, reflecting your interest in how people interact with products.
