Our client, a leading e-commerce platform, is at the forefront of innovation, connecting businesses with global opportunities. They are dedicated to simplifying complex processes and empowering sellers to expand their reach. This role is integral to a program that facilitates freight services for sellers importing goods to fulfillment centers, driving efficiency and growth across international markets.
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join a dynamic content team. In this part-time assignment, up to 20 hours per week, you will be instrumental in educating sellers about international logistics programs and services, with a particular focus on ocean and air freight solutions. You will dive deep into intricate details, transforming technical information into clear, actionable guidance that directly impacts seller success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear, concise, and engaging educational content for sellers, including user guides, FAQs, and tutorials, to help them understand and utilize international freight services effectively.
  • Deeply understand the complexities of fulfillment and international freight programs, including new initiatives such as full and less-than-container-load ocean shipments and air freight, translating technical details into accessible, user-friendly content.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, subject matter experts, business development, account management, and marketing teams, to gather information and ensure content remains accurate, consistent, and up to date as programs evolve.

  • Demonstrated experience in crafting user-centric content that simplifies complex concepts and guides users through step-by-step instructions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. The ideal content output is at an 8th-grade reading level or lower and is written with localization in mind, as it will be translated into multiple languages.
