The Cleburne Railroaders are looking for Promotions Inters to join the team! The Promotion Intern plays a key role in creating an energetic, memorable game-day experience. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fun for every fan.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Be available and present for all home games and team events.
  • Engage with fans before, during, and after games to create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Serve as a visible and enthusiastic ambassador for the team both in the ballpark and in the community.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth execution of promotions and fan engagement activities.
  • Bring high energy and a positive attitude to every event, contributing to a memorable fan experience and lasting connections.
  • Be willing and available to assist with mascot appearances on game days and at outside events, including potentially wearing the mascot costume if needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work with your hands and in adverse weather conditions.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events.
  • Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to conduct self professionally both in personal appearance and attitude.
  • The ability to have fun while performing any task.
  • Be a leader in customer service.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bending, reaching, and lifting; must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
