This role owns delivery outcomes and business impact across a complex portfolio of commercial initiatives, exercising independent judgment and decision authority within defined guardrails. The Manager drives continuous improvement through hands-on business, systems, and process analysis, ensuring solutions are reliably delivered, tested, and transitioned into business-owned operations across a portfolio of initiatives spanning business process change, technology enablement, data, automation, and regulatory compliance in a highly interdependent environment. The Manager partners directly with Directors and Senior Managers and peers across Commercial and IT to align priorities, negotiate delivery trade-offs, resolve cross-portfolio dependencies, and drive outcomes to meet Commercial business objectives. The Manager balances people leadership, delivery accountability, and cross functional partnership, translating strategic direction from senior leaders into executable plans while navigating competing priorities, dependencies, and constraints. The role is responsible for developing team capability, driving consistent delivery standards, and ensuring solutions are successfully adopted and sustained by the business. This role requires management level judgment, influence, and delivery leadership, serving as a feeder role to Senior Manager positions.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Commercial, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders; communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes; and represent the team in governance, planning, and delivery forums to align expectations and resolve dependencies.
  • Own delivery outcomes, performance, and measurable business impact across a portfolio of Commercial initiatives by balancing scope, capacity, risk, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Exercise independent judgment to make delivery, sequencing, and resourcing decisions within defined scope, budget, and risk guardrails, proactively resolving cross functional delivery issues and escalating only when impacts exceed defined thresholds.
  • Translate strategic direction into prioritized work plans; make execution and resourcing decisions within scope; and actively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to ensure reliable delivery and intended business outcomes.
  • Apply business, systems, data, and process analysis to identify root causes and deliver practical, scalable solutions, including improved processes, technologies, automation, and innovation approaches, ensuring effective testing, implementation, and transition into stable, business owned operations aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Establish and reinforce consistent delivery, change, quality, risk, and governance practices; own delivery level risk identification and mitigation; and drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and ways of working while ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Build and sustain a high performing, inclusive team culture through effective hiring, onboarding, engagement, coaching, performance management, and capability development aligned to current and future business needs.
  • Actively manage initiative level costs, vendor spend, resource utilization, and delivery performance within approved budgets; identify financial risks and tradeoffs; and provide transparent reporting and informed input to portfolio prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Travel required as necessary to meet business needs.
  • In-person attendance for training, all-hands meetings, and other meaningful engagements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of the degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically, understand business needs, and translate ideas into impactful action
