Position Description:
The Pastry Cook responsibilities include preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, plated and displayed desserts, pastry cream, mousses, select artisan breads, sauces, cakes, and special request custom items. We anticipate this position working approximately 20-25 hour per week.
Job Duties:
Following, prioritizing and executing duties on daily preparation list
Maintaining an organized and clean work area
Verifying all food is properly prepared and handled
Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides
Understanding weekly workflow, relative to business levels and anticipating work volume
Other duties as assigned.
