  • Routing/Tracking and assisting drivers with daily operations
  • Intermodal tracking of containers and shipments status on the port of NY/NJ
  • entering all orders into system (Profit Tools)
  • Regular office tasks
  • Customer services and updating customers with daily shipment details
  • Phone/Customer Service
Position Requirements

  • 2+ year(s) of office, dispatch experience, and customer service management experience
  • Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
  • Transportation/dispatch knowledge a huge plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to learn new software and proprietary software (Profit Tools)
  • College degree desirable
