We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with15+ years' experience to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical leader with deep expertise in Java full stack development, NoSQL platforms, search technologies, and enterprise-scale distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in Core Java/J2EE, modern backend frameworks, frontend development, messaging platforms, and enterprise caching technologies. This person will also play a key leadership role in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality, zero-defect production deliverables.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 to 109,250 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
