We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Global HRIS Senior Data Analyst to join our Global HRIS team. In this role, you will maximize the value of HR technology by delivering advanced reporting, workforce analytics, and data-driven insights that enable informed business decisions and support our global HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

HR Reporting & Workforce Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise HR reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
  • Deliver actionable workforce analytics and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Create both standard and ad hoc reports to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Identify trends and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

HR Data Quality & Governance

  • Monitor and improve the quality, consistency, and integrity of HR data.
  • Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation activities across HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and reporting requirements.
  • Support reliable reporting across integrated HR applications.

HRIS Technical Analysis

  • Analyze complex HR data and system issues to identify root causes.
  • Provide technical expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and integrated HR technologies.
  • Recommend practical solutions that improve data quality and system performance.
  • Support troubleshooting of reporting and integration-related issues.

HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Participate in HR technology initiatives, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
  • Assess reporting impacts of system changes and annual HR processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline HRIS processes.
  • Recommend improvements that enhance reporting capability and user experience.

Business Partnership & Decision Support

  • Partner with HR, IT, Shared Services, and business leaders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
  • Deliver reporting solutions that support workforce planning and organizational priorities.
  • Communicate analytical findings in a clear, meaningful way to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build trusted partnerships across global teams.

Reporting Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain reporting documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Promote consistent reporting methodologies and self-service analytics.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, dashboards, and data visualization.
  • Champion the effective use of HR data throughout the organization.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience with HRIS reporting and workforce analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience developing dashboards using Power BI and Power Query.
  • Experience with data modeling and analytical reporting.
  • Experience supporting HR business applications.
  • Understanding of core HR processes and workforce data.
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
