Compensation Range
Hourly: $72,500.00 - $85,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to partner with business process owners to understand and document processes, as well as identify and design automation solutions. This role serves as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable requirements and solution designs that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Functions
  • Plan and lead Agile discovery meetings with business process owners and developers
  • Work with business process owner to observe processes to analyze steps, interdependencies, and required applications
  • Think creatively to identify opportunities, non-technical or technical solutions, while completing and refining the cost benefit analysis
  • Create feasible action plans for the solutions to be implemented
  • Create automation design documents and validate with business process owners
  • Document existing and changing requirements while influencing for the optimal solution
  • Improve existing processes with either non-technical or technical solutions
  • Obtain required test data; plan and validate functional & quality assurance testing
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders for test scripts, QA, and deployment
  • Develop and perform rigorous User Acceptance Testing, in conjunction with process owners and project team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Intermediate knowledge of business analysis, including how to utilize flow charts
  • Ability to work with a range of technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and eSignature platforms
  • Ability to liaise between developers and process owners to identify and design automations, and manage projects
  • Strong problem-solving and logic-based reasoning skills
  • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and build relationships among business and IT stakeholders
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, Teams and Outlook

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Math, Engineering, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years experience in process evaluation, deconstruction and improvement, and experience in IT solutioning, test planning, test execution, and remediation required
  • Experience in RPA technology preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
