  • A la soumission, prendre connaissance des specifications techniques et administratives du projet a executer;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Gerer l'equipe de soumission, composee de personnel de construction et d'estimateur(s);<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Recueillir les renseignements techniques et administratifs necessaires aupres des personnes impliquees lors de la soumission;<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • A l'octroi, participer au recrutement et mise en place de l'equipe projet;<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Obtenir les plans et devis pour construction et les comparer aux plans de soumission;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Signaler aux professionnels les changements et en reclamer les couts;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • S'assurer de l'obtention des permis et les autorisations requises pour l'execution des travaux;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Negocier et attribuer les contrats aux sous\-traitants;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Avec le surintendant et l'equipe projet, discuter, etablir et preparer les methodes de travail envisagees;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Placer les commandes des materiaux critiques, negocier les prix et preparer les documents de contrat, en collaboration avec le directeur de projet, pour les sous\-<\/span><\/span>

  • Coordonner et participer a diverses reunions;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Etablir et entretenir les communications necessaires avec les sous\-traitants, les professionnels et le client;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Organiser et animer des reunions de chantier selon les besoins;<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Preparer et suivre avec son directeur de projet le budget d'execution;<\/span><\/span><\/span>
