DESIGN CONSULTANT

Full-Time | Montreal - St. Laurent | 7% Commission | Earning Potential: $65,000-$75,000+ per year

This is a full-commission position, earning 7% of written sales. Our full-time Design Consultants have an expected earning potential of approximately $65,000-$75,000+ per year, with the opportunity to earn more based on individual performance.

You don't need to be an interior designer to succeed at EQ3. If you have strong sales skills and an interest in furniture and design, we'll provide the product knowledge and tools you need to build your expertise.

You'll be joining our St. Laurent team at 4428 Boulevard St-Laurent, Montreal, in a full-time capacity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Design Consultant, you'll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

You'll develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Welcome customers and understand their needs
  • Recommend furniture solutions that complement their space, lifestyle, and personal style
  • Present and sell products across our upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories collections
  • Turn customer conversations and opportunities into sales
  • Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
  • Develop your client base and generate new sales opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
  • Build strong knowledge of EQ3 products, materials, and design
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
