Charles Virone Concept is looking for a full-time Interior Designer to join our Montreal office.

Established in 2004, Charles Virone Concept is a Montreal-based multidisciplinary design firm specializing in high-end residential interiors. We work primarily with luxury furniture, kitchens, lighting, accessories, and custom locally made case goods. We collaborate with some of the finest manufacturers from Italy and Europe, while also developing tailored interior solutions for private clients locally and internationally.

With locations in Montreal, Miami, and Nassau, Bahamas, CVC offers the opportunity to work on refined, design-driven residential projects within a collaborative studio environment.

We are looking for a designer who is already based in the Greater Montreal area and has relevant local work experience. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Montreal office. We are not looking for remote, out-of-province, or international relocation candidates.


Role Overview

The selected candidate will be involved in client meetings, interior design development, space planning, technical drawings, FF&E selections, presentations, and renderings. They will work closely with our internal team, clients, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and local architecture and design professionals to help move projects forward with accuracy, creativity, and professionalism.

This role will also include supporting requests from the local architecture and design community by helping present, explain, and coordinate information related to the furniture, kitchen, lighting, and interior brands represented by CVC.


Key Responsibilities

·  Develop interior design concepts and present them clearly to clients

·  Prepare space planning layouts and technical drawings

·  Assist with FF&E selections, including furniture, lighting, finishes, fixtures, and accessories

·  Prepare client presentations, mood boards, material boards, and design documentation

·  Produce renderings and visual material when required

·  Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and trades

·  Support local architecture and design professionals with product information and brand-specific details for the collections represented by CVC

·  Assist in preparing project proposals and product selections related to our represented furniture, kitchen, lighting, and interior collections

·  Support the team in the execution and follow-up of high-end residential projects

·  Maintain organized project documentation and communication


Qualifications

·  Must be based in the Greater Montreal area

·  Minimum 3 years of relevant local interior design experience

·  Degree in Interior Design or a related field

·  Strong understanding of residential interiors, space planning, and technical drawings

·  Strong FF&E knowledge and ability to make refined selections

·  High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

·  Knowledge of Enscape is a strong asset

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop

·  Ability to create clear, professional presentations for clients

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·  Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

·  Bilingual English/French is required, as we work both locally and internationally


Additional Assets

·  Experience working with Italian furniture and/or systems manufacturers

·  Knowledge of high-end residential design and luxury interiors

·  Quebec driver’s license

Le rôle comprendra également le soutien aux demandes provenant de la communauté locale en architecture et design, en contribuant à présenter, expliquer et coordonner les informations liées aux marques de mobilier, cuisines, éclairage et produits d’intérieur représentées par CVC.



Responsbilités Principales

·  Développer des concepts de design intérieur et les présenter clairement aux clients

·  Préparer des plans d’aménagement et des dessins techniques

·  Participer aux sélections FF&E, incluant le mobilier, l’éclairage, les finis, les accessoires et autres éléments liés aux projets

·  Préparer des présentations clients, planches d’ambiance, planches de matériaux et documents de design

·  Produire des rendus et du matériel visuel lorsque requis

·  Coordonner avec les fournisseurs, fabricants, entrepreneurs et corps de métier

·  Soutenir les professionnels locaux en architecture et design avec les informations produits et les détails propres aux collections représentées par CVC

·  Participer à la préparation de propositions de projets et de sélections de produits liées à nos collections de mobilier, cuisines, éclairage et produits d’intérieur représentées

·  Soutenir l’équipe dans l’exécution et le suivi de projets résidentiels haut de gamme

·  Être basé dans la grande région de Montréal
