Körner Interior Solutions is a luxury design showroom specializing in custom cabinetry, closets, and architectural millwork. We partner with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers to create beautifully crafted, highly functional spaces that reflect exceptional quality and timeless design.

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Sales Consultant who is passionate about luxury interiors and enjoys guiding clients through the entire design journey. This is an ideal opportunity for a design professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and has experience designing, selling, and managing high-end custom cabinetry, closet systems, and millwork projects.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and project goals.
  • Develop creative design concepts, space plans, and cabinetry layouts.
  • Present design solutions, material selections, finishes, and hardware options.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborate with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers throughout each project.
  • Coordinate projects from initial consultation through installation and final completion.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience while building long-term relationships.
  • Represent the Körner brand with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Interior Design degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury cabinetry, custom closets, millwork, or interior design.
  • Strong understanding of custom cabinetry construction, space planning, finishes, and hardware.
  • Experience working with luxury residential clients, builders, architects, and design professionals.
  • Proven ability to create and present design concepts while managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a relationship-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with 20/20 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced showroom environment.
