Job description

We have an Interior Design Co-op opportunity for Fall 2026. We are seeking a student who is self-driven with experience/interest in the commercial/residential design field. We need an independent thinker who works well on small group collaborations in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This person must be motivated, detail-oriented, and have problem-solving skills to help manage a variety of jobs concurrently.
Co-op duration: August through December 2026

Responsibilities:
  • Work with interior design team to develop design solutions
  • Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development
  • Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
  • Conduct onsite observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
  • Prepare Revit documents and participate in client presentations
  • Select/Specify furniture, materials, and finishes while keeping within project specifications and budgets
  • Travel to project locations to check on projects from conception to the completion of job install

Requirements:
  • Student enrolled in an Interior Design program
  • Knowledge of Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, MSOffice & Smartsheets
  • Revit 3-D renderings and floor plan design and architectural drawings
  • Highly motivated, high energy, willing to jump in and assist design team as needed
  • Ability to install design jobs. This includes lifting, climbing, and agility to proficiently do tasks requested on installs
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Travel is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
