What You'll Do
As the Interior Design Department Head, you'll provide leadership for the department while maintaining a student-centered learning environment that reflects current industry standards and workforce needs.
Leadership & Program Management
  • Lead the daily operations of the Interior Design department.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals that support program growth and student success.
  • Mentor, support, and evaluate faculty and staff.
  • Coordinate class schedules, staffing assignments, and departmental resources.
  • Manage departmental budgets and oversee equipment, supplies, and educational resources.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, college policies, and safety requirements.
Teaching & Student Success

  • Monitor student progress and provide academic support and guidance.
