We are looking for a Sales Consultant for our Naples location who is as motivated by sales targets as they are a beautiful floor plan.


This is a high performance sales role. You will act as a brand ambassador and a creative visionary. You will act as the vital link between our global collection and the client's dream space, utilizing a sophisticated blend of interior design expertise and consultative sales techniques to manage projects from initial concept to final white-glove delivery.

  • Sales Consultation: Engage with clients in-store and in-home to identify their lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements.
  • Space Planning: Develop comprehensive floor plans and layouts that demonstrate how Scan Design pieces transform a client's specific environment.
  • Curated Styling: Expertly select accessories, finishes, lighting, and rugs to create a cohesive, elevated interior.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the client journey from the initial introduction through the procurement process to the final white-glove installation.
  • Showroom Excellence: Assist in visual merchandising to ensure our showroom remains a premier destination for design inspiration.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications
  • Spatial Literacy & Vision: Demonstrated ability to visualize, conceptualize, and communicate sophisticated interior layouts and multi-functional space solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Excellence: A proven track record in high-end sales with the ability to build long-term client rapport through trust, technical expertise, and a value-driven approach.
  • Industry Expertise: Prior experience in Interior Design, Home Staging, or Luxury Retail is highly preferred. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Professional familiarity with Floor Planner, AutoCAD, or emerging AI-assisted design tools to produce accurate and compelling visual proposals.
