As an Interior Designersupporting Cleveland Clinic in Florida, you willassistand collaborate with the Design Studio team in the development of low to mid-complexity facility projects across the enterprise (renovation and new construction) and the recapitalization of existing facilities. Through collaboration withconsulting planners, architects and interior designers, you will assist in managingthedesign intent of the project, participate inthedevelopment of budgets,schedules and determiningthescope of workandassist on a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural and interior design. Thisincludesinvestigation,evaluationand documentation of existing conditions as well asthedevelopment of potential design solutions that best meetclient'sneeds.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Organize assignments, goals, schedules,peopleand processes and assess facility and space requests,inclusive offurniture requirements.
Assistin preparation and development of space programs for various size projects that may require new construction,renovationor no construction.
Work with consulting architects and interior designers to ensure that projectobjectivesand design concepts are translated into a functional building design.
Educate health system stakeholders on industry trends in interior design.
Assistin walkthroughs, fieldverificationand project scope documentation.
Perform furniture planning,finishand material selections for clinical, research, educational, administrative and support areas, including configuration or renovation of existing space and new construction.
Createand document ideas in 2 and 3 dimensions to portray initial concepts.
Prepare and present information including projects, design guidelines,trendsand special studies internally and externally.
Assistin the development of furniture specifications, coordination with manufacturers and suppliers.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's DegreeinInterior Design, Architecture or Healthcare Facilities Planning and Design
Healthcare facility planning experience including developing and coordinating materials, finishes and furniture for projects (expansion,renovationand/or new projects)
Two years of professional experience, which may include internship experience
General knowledge of building codes, ADArequirementsand FGI Guidelines
Knowledge of architecture and healthcare planning to develop practical concepts/solutions andassistwith project budgets and schedules
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, self-motivatedand ability to adapt quickly to project needs
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Ability toexhibitknowledge of building design, systems, and construction
Knowledge of design principles, application of color,materialsand aesthetic form to develop conceptual design solutions based off programming and planning concepts
Ability to conceptualize space, understand operations and workflow
Advanced sketching, rendering, and interior architecture detailing skills
Proficiencyin AutoCAD and Revit skills,Enscape, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Products (PPT, Excel, Word)
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Certified

Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50
