Architectural Designer (Contract) Location: Remote (US) Duration: 4-6 months with potential extension and possible long-term opportunity Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday (flexible schedule) Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience

Overview:

Our client is a well-established global retailer at the forefront of creating memorable in-store experiences. Their design team is seeking an Architectural Designer to support retail planning, drawing production, and store layout initiatives. You Will: • Prepare, revise, and maintain architectural drawings, layouts, and documentation • Update store layouts, test fits, and fixture plans based on project requirements • Adapt plans to varying site conditions and incorporate feedback/redlines • Review consultant drawing sets for accuracy and completeness • Complete markups and revisions using Bluebeam Revu or similar tools • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve design questions • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment You Have: • 3-5 years of architectural design, retail design, or store planning experience • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit • Experience creating and revising architectural drawings • Interior planning or retail layout experience preferred • Experience with fixture plans and Bluebeam Revu preferred • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Collaborative communication style and comfort working in a remote environment with camera-on Teams meetings • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
