●       Currently working to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited Interior Design program, or currently enrolled in a CIDA- or NAAB-accredited interior design or architecture program

●       Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities as needed

●       Comfort working on-site and behind a computer (approx. 80% of the time)

●       Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)

●       Bonus if able to produce hand-sketched renderings

Compensation & Perks

●       Competitive compensation

●       Mentorship and hands-on experience with a leading hospitality group

●       Exposure to real projects and direct involvement in creative decision-making

●       Flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments

●       Dining discounts at all Vandelay Companies concepts
