Job Description

Pathway Health is looking for an Interim Director of Nursing.  The Interim Director of Nursing will performs a full range of professional interim assignments.  
Duties:

  • Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested
  • Identify training needs; plan and conduct training/in-services as requested
  • Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines.
  • Assist clients as requested in the selection and hiring of key management staff.
  • Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
  • Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
  • Must have current RN license in state
  • Must have three years of RN Management skills (preferably) in long term care
  • Excellent leadership, communication and customer service orientation
  • Able to build solid relationships with all levels of staff, interdisciplinary team, residents and families
  • Must be Flexible for travel
