Job description

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level UI Developer who sits at the intersection of engineering and design. You will be responsible for bringing beautiful, intuitive user interfaces to life. Beyond writing clean front-end code, you should have a sharp eye for aesthetics, strong design opinions, and the ability to bridge the gap between design concepts and technical implementation.

Like our backend team, you should be an eager learner who embraces modern workflows, including AI-assisted development practices, to write smarter code and solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy responsive, accessible, and highly interactive user interfaces.
  • Translate design mockups and prototypes into clean, maintainable front-end code.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to refine user journeys and advocate for UI/UX best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize front-end performance across various browsers and devices.
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up prototyping, component generation, and UI bug hunting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–4 years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Frameworks: Strong proficiency with React (experience with Angular, Vue, or Next.js is a plus).
  • Design Tooling: Hands-on experience working with Figma or similar tools (extracting assets, reviewing specs, and understanding design systems).
  • Design Sensibility: A strong aesthetic sense and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. You should care deeply about alignment, spacing, typography, and motion.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills (especially browser dev tools and state management).
  • AI-Driven Development: Understanding of how to use AI tools safely and effectively to streamline UI development and component testing.
  • Soft Skills: High learning agility, great communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
