  • Ability to use data and insights to inform recommendations and execution decisions

  • Experience working with external agencies and/or partners, including brief development

Essential Duties:

Brand Planning & Strategy Support

  • Partner with the Director of Brand Marketing to actively shape brand planning and play a leadership role in larger, more complex initiatives, contributing strategic insights, recommendations, and executional ownership that drive clear priorities and strong outcomes.

  • Develop and communicate written briefs for agencies and internal partners (creative, advertising, packaging, product, media, promotions, merchandising, etc.) and partner with them to ensure effective execution aligned to strategic objectives.

  • Ensure timely delivery of key deliverables, content, and milestones aligned with approved marketing plans.

Commercialization & GotoMarket

  • Define and deliver gotomarket strategies for brand priorities, including product launches, working crossfunctionally to ensure strong alignment, compelling storytelling, and effective market adoption.

  • Support sales and product teams with sales enablement tools, messaging, and resources that help bring brand strategy into the selling process.

  • Own the endtoend strategy and execution for product launches, including launch positioning, messaging frameworks, channel strategy, and activation plans, ensuring each launch strengthens the Interface brand and supports commercial goals.
