Join our client in a highly visible role where you'll own and enhance a critical enterprise platform that drives planning, performance management, and executive decision-making. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys improving business systems, transforming complex data into meaningful insights, and leveraging AI to streamline reporting and analytics. What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Own and administer an enterprise program management platform, ensuring data integrity, system configuration, reporting accuracy, and continuous platform improvements.
  • Build dashboards, analytical models, and executive-ready reports that provide insights into planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution risks.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate analytics, improve reporting workflows, and develop AI-enabled solutions that increase efficiency and decision-making.
  • Support enterprise planning, governance, and performance tracking while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
  • Train and support business stakeholders to drive platform adoption, improve data quality, and establish consistent system usage across teams.

What Gets You the Job:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategic planning, operations, project management, or a related business operations function within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Experience owning or administering enterprise business systems or project tracking platforms, including system configuration, data management, and workflow improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, perform complex data analysis, and translate findings into executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows, enhance analytics, or improve reporting; experience developing AI-assisted dashboards or analytical agents is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
