Your Role

As a Construction Administrator, you’ll serve as the trusted liaison between design intent and built reality for complex multifamily projects. You’ll ensure every detail of design documentation, construction coordination, and client communication supports the delivery of high-quality, well-executed residential communities.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field reports.

Collaborate closely with project architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is accurately executed on-site.

Review shop drawings and product data for compliance with project documentation.

Conduct site visits, document progress, and issue construction observation reports.

Resolve design and field-related issues efficiently and maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders.

Contribute to project close-out by managing punch lists and final quality assurance documentation.


About You

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field required; Registered Architect preferred but not required.

Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in architecture or construction, with at least 5 years focused on construction administration.

Deep understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural detailing for multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore a plus.

Strong client service orientation with the ability to represent the firm professionally in all interactions.
