Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend optimal RPA solutions
  • Develop reusable components and frameworks to accelerate automation delivery
  • Handle exception management, logging, and debugging for robust automation workflows
  • Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, web services, APIs, databases)
  • Monitor bot performance and ensure high availability and reliability of automation processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and IT teams
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to RPA best practices and governance standards
  • Maintain technical documentation for processes, workflows, and deployment procedures
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
  • Proven experience in end-to-end RPA design and development
  • Solid understanding of process automation, workflow optimization, and business process mapping
