Job description

HELIOS is seeking a highly experienced Intelligence Solutions Integrator - Team Leader to join our team in supporting intelligence and automation operations mission for the US Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) G-2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
The Intelligence Solutions Integrator - Team Leader provides strategic oversight, technical direction, and operational leadership for intelligence programs supporting mission-critical operations, analysis, and decision-making. This position serves as the primary interface between government stakeholders, program personnel, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure the successful execution of intelligence collection, analysis, and technology integration initiatives. The Program Manager / Technical Lead is responsible for aligning resources, capabilities, and deliverables with customer requirements, mission priorities, and performance objectives.
Some travel may be required in the performance of the duties related to this position.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  • Advising on complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and transfer of intelligence products across security domains
  • Enforce Two-Person Integrity (TPI) and Data Transfer Agent (DTA) policies
  • Ensure compliance with classification, releasability, and foreign disclosure requirements
  • Oversee metadata creation, enrichment, and quality control in accordance with Army and IC standards
  • Maintain and update dissemination and cross-domain SOPs
  • Monitor dissemination timeliness, logs, and audit artifacts (e.g., ADAM, task logs)
  • Identify process improvements and modernization opportunities for dissemination workflows
  • Deliver professional briefings, reports, and metrics to Government leadership

This is position is contingent on contract award. Veterans receive hiring preference.
Requirements
The following are the minimum requirements for this position:
  • TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with Special Background Investigation (SBI) and be able to attain Special Intelligence with sub-compartment G (SI-G), Talent Keyhole (TK), KLM-R, HUMINT Control System (HCS), and North Atlantic Treaty Organization SECRET (NATO SECRET) access.
  • Eligible to obtain a Counter Intelligence Polygraph examination.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
