Job description

Immediate need for a talented Business Intelligence Manager. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Overland Park, KS (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and support cross-functional teams within the organization to make data-driven business decisions aimed at growth / business optimization.
  • Support product ideation and discovery research and analyses that estimate potential opportunities and guide priorities/focused areas.
  • Work with stakeholders and Experimentation Team to formulate Experiment Plan with proper Success Metrics by applying Experimentation best practices, perform test analyses with statistical testing.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities that may not be considered by Product teams, including forward-looking insights that go beyond historical trends to inform future optimization strategies.
  • Provides proper analytics requirements, validate tagging specifications, and perform data validation UAT to ensure data capture will support downstream analyses needed to generate the types of insights useful for product and business decisions.
  • Support the maintenance of analytics implementation and accuracy of digital analytics data capture. 
  • Post-launch performance monitoring of the health of the Client Dealer Solutions'' products and its businesses, proactively work with stakeholders to establish requirements for recurring and ad-hoc analytics support, including reporting, analyses, actionable insights, and recommendations to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Reporting Team on automating recurring reports on key KPIs, leveraging them to guide custom analyses for deeper insights by applying advanced analytics methodologies to our online user behavioral and related business data.
  • Present analysis results in a cohesive insights story with key takeaways, so that non-analytics stakeholders can walk away with a clear understanding of the “so-whats”.
  • Work with Manager to develop recommendations on business decisions/actions based on findings.
  • Review results with various levels of internal and external audiences in a concise and storytelling manner.
  • Able to perform the duties above working closely with Manager or under the guidance of analytics or stakeholder leaders.
  • Works with Manager and direct line of leadership to define priorities, must be able to deliver against business goals working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Supports Analytics Leads or other leaders for company initiatives/projects to help drive execution according to project milestones and timelines.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, data assets, dashboards and reports.
