Job description

About CT Labs

CT Labs is an AI consultancy firm focused on building and deploying applied AI solutions for clients across industries. We work with organizations to identify where intelligent systems create real value, then we build and implement them.

About the role

We are looking for an AI Consultant who combines technical depth with strong client-facing skills. You will own the full consulting cycle: discovery, solution design, delivery, and adoption. This is not a purely advisory role; you will get your hands on the work.

What you will do

Lead client discovery sessions to identify AI use cases and assess feasibility. Develop solution recommendations across machine learning, NLP, generative AI, and automation. Manage project delivery in collaboration with internal engineers and data scientists. Present technical roadmaps and outcomes to executive stakeholders. Advise clients on AI governance, risk, and change management. Stay current with tools and models and proactively share relevant insights with clients.

What we are looking for

3+ years of experience in AI consulting, applied ML, or a related field. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and large language models. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong project management skills and a comfort level managing multiple clients simultaneously. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

Experience in a specific vertical such as healthcare, finance, or retail. Background in change management or organizational transformation. Prior experience at a consulting firm.

What CT Labs offers

Substantive work on real client problems. A team that values technical excellence and clear thinking. Direct impact without layers of bureaucracy. Competitive compensation and benefits.
