Overview<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> Imperative Systems is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support Counter UAS systems integration and operations projects at US Government facilities both CONUS and OCONUS.<\/span>  <\/span><\/span>The position requires an active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to be granted SCI access.<\/span>  <\/span><\/span>This role will entail routine interaction with C\-UAS program management on both the contractor and client side.<\/span>  <\/span><\/span>Significant emphasis is placed on responsiveness to government requirements, strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

We are seeking someone who is interested in the C\-UAS field, excited about supporting a young and growing program, and motivated to protect critical US Government facilities and personnel overseas.<\/span>  <\/span><\/span>A strong candidate will be detail\-oriented, professionally mature, and look to play a "utility infielder" role while developing subject matter expertise on the UAS threat and current mitigation techniques.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Travel: <\/span><\/span><\/b>  <\/span>This position will entail periodic travel, mainly CONUS, but may also include OCONUS TDYs to project locations as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>

The Intelligence Analyst will be responsible on a daily and weekly basis for the following activities:<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

 <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Compile, analyze, and develop meaningful intelligence assessments from C\-UAS system logs in the field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and disseminate drone detection metrics reports.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Report on field UAS detection incidents, both orally and in written form, to Government decision makers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct trend and pattern analysis of the UAS threat and detection performance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support development of training POIS for field staff including reporting templates, system log analysis and story\-boarding techniques.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Utilize proprietary and government datasets to collect and analyze relevant intelligence information.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct research on and develop briefs for RDT&E efforts on developments in C\-UAS technologies and capabilities.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay up to date on industry developments and how they impact mission.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Interface with C\-UAS systems vendors in industry.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Interface with other agency and inter\-agency stakeholders in reporting and responding to UAS detection and incursion incidents.<\/span>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop program briefs to apprise stakeholders of program status and development.<\/span>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree.<\/span>  <\/span><\/span>Equivalent experience of 3\-4 years will be considered.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong oral and writing communications skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to brief and interface with senior policy makers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 3 years of experience as an intelligence analyst in the National Security sector.<\/span>  Preference will be given to candidates with UAS and SIGINT analytic backgrounds.
<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis on evolving technical threats.<\/span>
