Job Summary:
Constellation West is an award-winning company that delivers Information Technology engineering services and solutions worldwide. They are seeking a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to research, analyze, and draft intelligence assessments on cyber threats to US critical infrastructure and support operational decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Research, analyze, and draft all-source intelligence assessments, reports, and briefs on cyber threats to US critical infrastructure.
• Conduct analysis of current and emerging threats, prepare written analytic products, deliver oral briefings, and maintain situational awareness of threat streams and geopolitical developments.
• Support real-time intelligence for operational decision-making and threat deterrence.
• Prepare derivative products and briefs for DHS leadership and stakeholders.
• Support requests for information (RFIs), quick response surge support, program management, and outreach activities as outlined in SOW Sections 2.0-2.6.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must possess a currently active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and DHS suitability.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience working on an intelligence services contract/task order involving contractor personnel support.
• Knowledge of DHS component missions and the role of I&A in supporting the DHS Intel Enterprise, IC, and FSLTT.
• Expertise in all-source intelligence research, analysis, and production processes.
• Ability to provide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis based on raw intelligence from various sources (INTs).
• Working knowledge (preferably hands-on experience) with databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment.
• Excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
Preferred:
• Preferred concentrations: Intelligence, National Security, Homeland Security, Regional Studies, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Communications, History, Journalism, Project Management.
• Strategic, Regional, Or Cyber Intelligence Analysis Experience Preferred.
• Preferred experience in directing intelligence operations and production, cyber threat analysis and production.
