SUMMARY:

The Market Intelligence Intern assists with the ongoing monitoring, analysis, understanding, and summary of the energy market dynamics in contexts of regulatory, policy, legislative, technical, financial, emerging technologies, and competitiveness to inform, refine, and enhance the strategy and planning for the project development at OCI Energy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Conduct ongoing in-depth surveillance of energy market dynamics, ensuring that OCI Energy remains abreast of any emerging shifts or trends in the industry.

  • Exposure to market intelligence, analytics, or a closely related role, preferably within the renewable energy sector or a similar industry, is a plus.
  • A self-starter that can work independently on projects and key deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Must possess excellent research and analytical abilities with capacity to effectively convey conclusions and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and legislative environment related to the renewable energy sector is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to produce detailed reports and present findings.
