This is a unique opportunity to serve as a key legal advisor at the highest levels of government. You will provide actionable, candid, and independent counsel to members of the Secretariat, Air and Space Staff, and Portfolio Acquisition Executives on all matters of intellectual property law relevant to government procurements. Your portfolio will be dynamic and critical, covering intellectual property rights for major weapon systems, advanced space systems, complex information technology, and non-traditional procurement instruments. As a senior expert in the field, you will be entrusted with developing creative solutions for novel legal problems without direct precedent. In addition, part of your role may involve providing legal oversight on major contract litigation, including bid protests before the GAO and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
