Job description

Position Title: Litigation Attorney
This is an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic law firm that specializes in various areas of litigation, including business and intellectual property. The firm is expanding its team to accommodate a growing client base and complex case load. The role involves managing litigation cases from inception to resolution, which presents both challenges and opportunities for professional growth. Candidates will work closely with senior attorneys and have direct client interactions, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for those seeking to advance their careers in a supportive and fast-paced setting.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
  • Handle litigation cases from start to finish
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions and pleadings
  • Manage discovery and develop case strategies
  • Assist with hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case updates and strategies
  • Collaborate with attorneys across different practice areas

Litigation Attorney Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Litigation Business, Litigation Intellectual Property, or Litigation Software Litigation
  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Experience in a large law firm is preferred
