Intel's Technology and Development team is looking for Mask Manufacturing Technician (MMT). The MMT performs functions associated with mask manufacturing including successful operation of the assigned module in meeting factory safety quality and output goals MMT.
Your responsibilities as a Mask Manufacturing Technician will include but not be limited to:
  • Processing of product maintaining tools sets and processes participating in module team structure ensuring area cleanliness training others and suggesting module improvements.
  • Responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and is in charge of updating training manuals.
  • Work in processes improvement, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability.
  • May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new work.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to be self-directing and to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated high degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum qualifications:
Candidate must possess a High school Diploma, GED, or Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's degree in a STEM program and 1+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
  • Military electronic/avionic technician training
  • End-user computer skills and navigation
  • Schematic/wiring diagram reading
  • Electronic systems, troubleshooting and maintenance and the testing, and/or repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics.
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment
  • High-volume manufacturing with photomask manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in Wafer manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of standard PC tools such as MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office suite

Preferred qualifications:
  • Mask manufacturing experience
