Join Intel as a Commodity Manager and play a pivotal role in developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive supply chain excellence across Intel's global operations. This position is integral to ensuring Intel's ability to deliver innovative products to our customers by aligning supplier capabilities with our strategic and operational needs. Your expertise in market dynamics, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization will directly contribute to sustaining Intel's competitive edge in technology. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to shape Intel's supply chain strategy for the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative commodity strategies that align supplier capabilities with Intel's business objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • Drive supplier development through collaboration and innovation to provide sustainable, high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry dynamics and market trends to proactively address upcoming supply chain needs.
  • Negotiate contracts that ensure predictable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies.
  • Manage supplier relationships to align with Intel's goals, including risk mitigation, cost reduction, and supplier performance improvement.
  • Lead periodic reviews of commodity sourcing strategies, adjusting to market conditions and business needs to ensure continuity and competitive advantage.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related area.

  • Familiarity with sourcing and inventory management tools and processes.
  • Proven expertise in supplier relationship management, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies.
