Job Details:Job Description: The Role and Impact: The Wireless solutions general manager is responsible for the overall wireless business and software solutions within Client Computing and Physical AI Group. The role includes P and L management while leading and managing all aspects of the product line, including business strategy, product planning, roadmap definition, product marketing, and more. The role includes leading a senior team of Product Marketing Engineers, Business Develop Managers, and marketers with broad engagement and influence across both internal and external (customer/partner) teams.Key Responsibilities: - Manage Intel Wireless solutions P and L, product roadmap, design wins, business operations, GTM, and industry partnership. - Lead, inspire, and develop a team of product marketing specialists, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment. - Manage a product portfolio throughout its life cycle, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on product-market opportunities. - Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Customer Analytics, Sales, and Market Research teams to drive product strategy and roadmap execution. - Spearhead pre-launch preparation, launch readiness, and partner enablement activities to ensure seamless product introductions to the market. - Review current product offerings to identify enhancements in features and functionality that align with local customer needs. - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure product success and report insights to key stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive product adoption and market impact. - Actively drive business and product decisions to align with Intel's strategic objectives and customer expectations. - Ensure accountability across teams by setting clear goals, facilitating progress, and applying differentiated performance management.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or BS degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience as required by business needs. - 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD. - Demonstrated expertise in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, and Product Launch Strategy. - Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Business Strategy, Financial Acumen, and KPI Tracking. - Strong technical proficiency in Partner Relationship Management tools and processes.
