This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality mental health services that promote emotional well-being and personal growth for our clients. Our counselors are committed to understanding individual needs and providing tailored therapeutic solutions that foster resilience and healing.

About the Organization

Integro Wellness & Therapy is a community-driven health clinic that prioritizes accessibility and quality in mental health care. This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own space while participating in a collaborative and dynamic virtual work environment. We utilize modern telehealth technologies to connect counselors with clients, fostering an atmosphere of flexibility and responsiveness. Your work will be supported through consistent communication with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in your treatment sessions.
  • Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health issues.
  • Cooperate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients, sharing insights and strategies.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation is up to date and compliant.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain knowledgeable about advancements in mental health care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Integro Wellness & Therapy, your primary focus will be on individuals and families from various backgrounds who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. You will work with clients presenting a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relational conflicts, empowering them to navigate their challenges and pursue healthier outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse array of clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in therapeutic areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth platforms.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

  • Dental, vision, and health insurance to support your well-being.
