Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Project Manager (PM) will provide end-to-end support for Clearwater's Managed Cloud and Managed Security Services. The PM is expected to provide advice and guidance, monitoring and assurance, advocacy and education with respect to programs/projects and their successful delivery.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and report on risks to project schedule, budget, and quality of deliverables
• Track and report on progress relative to plan for SOC engagements
• Initiate projects and coordinate delivery of service engagements, including planning and leading internal transition calls and client kick-off calls, building projects in PSA, and ensuring plans are agreeable to client
• Develop and follow a project-close process to ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting
• Proactively escalate potential client satisfaction issues, internal operational issues, and SOC team issues to senior leadership
• Regularly update projects in PSA, including status, milestone dates and knows issues and risks
• Collaborate with the Consulting organization to optimize client satisfaction of share clients and ensure bi-directional communication is occurring regarding engagements
• Support the development, communication, and presentation of SOC and Cloud metrics
• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to help coordinate and manage SOC engagements
Perform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Technical Project Manager, focused on cybersecurity and cloud environments
• Experience working with senior management and well-versed in the practices and demands of progressive and evolving Service organizations
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field
• MBA degree in the above fields is preferred
• PMP or related Project Management certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST, and other compliance standards
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Managed Security Services
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and follow through
• Ability to make sound decisions in potentially time-sensitive and pressure situations

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EXPECTATIONS

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $144,000. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick time. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including applicable candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
