Quality Control Inspector- ArchitecturalThe Quality Inspector will ensure project quality by supporting audits, resolving nonconformities, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with quality systems and procedures, while coordinating with teams and addressing client feedback.What You Will Be Working On
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate field-related activities and issues.
  • Coordinate and participate in project quality audits and/or surveillance at the sites checking the quality processes, procedures, and paperwork.
  • Work with project team and/or functional areas in addressing nonconformities, preventive action, and continuous improvement requests.
  • Coordinate and participate in construction kick off meetings
  • Conduct investigation on Client complaints or feedback related to quality of project delivery
  • Support the process of collection, and classification of all Quality Management System records.
  • Develop, implement and assure Integrated PMS Program Procedure.
  • Provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures
  • Facilitate internal audits including corrective actions to provide independent feedback to further support project quality improvement.
  • Establish and facilitate validation requirements for design readiness reviews prior to critical project milestones including design package review submissions.
  • Prepare and implement PMS Team Audits program to assure compliance to the Integrated PMS Program and Project procedures.
What We Are Looking For
  • Technical degree/diploma in Architecture field or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for architectural finishes for Station works including building envelope and interior finishes
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as project quality control/quality assurance in a construction environment.
  • System and project quality auditing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in development and implementation of Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans
  • Attention to detail and proven decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational,prioritizationand time management skills.
  • Problem solving abilities, contribution to new quality initiatives
  • Striving for continuousimprovementsandaccuraterecord keeping will be key to your success in this role.
