• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring all therapeutic interventions are grounded in the latest research.
• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of all client information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive client care, integrating insights and recommendations from various specialists to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine counseling skills, stay informed about emerging trends in mental health, and implement evidence-based practices in client interactions.

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, and life transitions. As an LPC, you will play a critical role in supporting a diverse population, adapting your therapeutic approach to resonate with clients from different backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the counseling profession.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective connections with a wide range of clients.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating within a healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant applications that support client management and service delivery.
