Job description

What We Need

Corpay is looking for a Principal Program Manager to join our Corporate Payments division. In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation of our largest, most complex enterprise clients — managing multi-workstream programs from discovery through handoff, serving as both a strategic advisor and hands-on project driver. You will work directly with client and Corpay executives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build the documentation and templates that allow our enterprise implementation practice to scale. This role requires deep project management experience, executive presence, and direct background in SaaS professional services or product delivery. It reports to the Senior Director of Implementations and is based in Brentwood, TN with approximately 25–30% client travel.

How We Work

As a Principal Program Manager you will work remotely but are expected to visit the Brentwood, TN location as required. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead planning inclusive of discovery, dependency identification, risk management, and resource coordination; own the program plan in project management tools from kickoff through delivery
  • Collate and manage Corpay's cross-functional project plan across Vendor Enrollment, Integrations, Product, and Client Success/Service Delivery workstreams to ensure on-schedule delivery
  • Apply the appropriate project management methodology for each client engagement to optimize execution

Consultative & Solution-Oriented

  • Act as a trusted advisor who can dynamically review, document, and interpret a wide range of client requirements
  • Manage project scope and client expectations using statements of work, solution capabilities, and cross-functional team perspectives

Executive Presence

  • Demonstrate executive presence with the ability to operate at both the executive and working-team level, adapting communication style and content accordingly
  • Influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, with clients, and with third parties — in virtual and on-site settings

Process Design & Documentation

  • Build enterprise implementations as scalable programs with repeatable documentation and templates that support growth over time

Strategic Relationships

  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to manage current and future enterprise implementations
  • Act as a client advocate for Corpay's most strategic accounts across Support, Relationship Management, and Product capabilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related functions with demonstrated ownership of project planning, materials, and risk mitigation
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification required
  • Direct experience in SaaS professional services, implementation, or product delivery
  • ERP integration experience with systems such as NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Business Central, Acumatica, Blackbaud, and Vista
  • Financial forecasting, reporting, and portfolio budget management experience
  • Travel flexibility: ability to travel approximately 25–30% for client engagements
