Work You'll Do

As an Oracle Cloud Integrations Support Project Consultant on the project, you will:

  • Support the development and ongoing operation of secure, reliable integrations for Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, with emphasis on Human Capital Management-to-Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Time and Attendance, and downstream human resources enterprise systems
  • Build and enhance integration components primarily in Oracle Integration Cloud, or similar platforms, using established patterns such as Representational State Transfer and Simple Object Access Protocol application programming interfaces, file-based interfaces, data transformations, and orchestrations under guidance of senior integration leads
  • Participate in requirements and technical design sessions by capturing integration details, including data elements, triggers, schedules, and error handling, and translating them into build tasks and implementation notes
  • Create and maintain technical artifacts including field mappings, transformation logic, interface control documentation, and deployment and operational runbooks; keep documentation current as changes are delivered
  • Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing by preparing test data, executing unit and integration test steps, monitoring interface runs, triaging defects, and assisting with root-cause analysis across integrated systems
  • Provide cutover and hypercare support by monitoring integrations, addressing run failures, coordinating with functional and vendor teams, and escalating issues with clear logs, diagnostics, and impact summaries

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, including build or enhancement, System Integration Testing or User Acceptance Testing support, and production support, using Representational State Transfer or Simple Object Access Protocol application programming interfaces or file-based interfaces
  • 2+ years of experience maintaining Oracle Cloud integration documentation, including field mappings, interface control documents, or runbooks
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $134,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
