Job Overview Job Title: C2ISR Systems Integration Manager Location: MacDill AFB, FL This position is pending contract award. Job Responsibilities Trace Systems is seeking an experienced C2ISR Systems Integration Manager to support the global transport networks supporting the US Special Operations Command and mission partners. This role supports critical communications infrastructure. The C2ISR Systems Integration Manager will serve as the on-site Project Manager supporting the execution of all systems based infastrurcture (ie L3Harris SRVT and Viasat AL2 Hub) requirements and mission objectives and will assist in ensuring project requirements are successfully executed in support of customer operational, technical, and mission priorities. * Provide day-to-day direction and coordination of contractor personnel supporting C2ISR, enterprise IT, cybersecurity, communications, engineering, and mission support functions. * Operate within Government-established guidance while supporting both local and geographically dispersed customer leadership. * Coordinate workforce activities to ensure project staffing, coverage, readiness, and service delivery requirements are consistently achieved. * Monitor operational performance and support execution of project requirements related to cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction. * Assist the Government Lead with resource management/technology insertion activities involving personnel assignments, labor utilization, project priorities, and task execution. * Support integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment efforts for mission systems, ISR capabilities, communications infrastructure, and supporting technologies. * Coordinate activities across multiple operational sites and stakeholder organizations to ensure consistent execution of project objectives. * Assist with implementation of configuration management, change management, cybersecurity, continuity of operations (COOP), and operational readiness activities. * Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, status reports, action item trackers, operational metrics, and customer deliverables. * Coordinate onboarding, workforce development, training, and personnel readiness activities. * Identify operational risks, resource constraints, and performance issues and recommend mitigation strategies. * Support customer meetings, working groups, inspections, operational assessments, and program reviews. * Coordinate with Government personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and supporting organizations to ensure timely resolution of operational and technical issues. * Maintain awareness of customer mission priorities, emerging requirements, and operational changes to ensure responsive project support. * Support occasional travel requirements, site visits, transition activities, and field assessments as required. * Other Duties as Required. Minimum Qualifications * Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret with SCI Elegibility clearance. * Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. * Ability to travel worldwide, including to remote or austere locations. Individual trips may extend up to two months, with the possibility of multiple trips per year. * Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Team Lead, Site Lead, Task Lead, Project Lead, Deputy Project Manager, or similar supervisory role. * At least 8 years of experience supporting ISR, communications, network, SATCOM, systems administration, cybersecurity, engineering, or mission support operations. * Experience coordinating activities across geographically dispersed operational locations and customer organizations. * Familiarity with USSOCOM, Service Component, Combatant Command, or Special Operations mission environments preferred. * Strong organizational, leadership, customer engagement, and communication skills. * Ability to travel worldwide, including support to remote or austere operational locations as required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel. Desired Qualification * Experience supporting SOCOM, CENTCOM, AFRICOM, TRANSCOM, Space Force, or other Combatant Command environments. * Experience supporting OCONUS operations and remote-site sustainment activities. * Prior military service or experience supporting DOD customers.
