Responsibilities

The Circet Group is undergoing a major transformation, including IT centralization across different entities, ERP harmonization, application modernization, and increased reliance on real‑time data exchanges between internal systems, customers, vendors, and financial institutions. As part of this journey, Circet USA is seeking a Senior Integration Lead / Data & Integrations Architect to take ownership of our enterprise integration landscape.

This role is responsible for the design, delivery, stability, and evolution of all data integrations, including API‑based integrations, EDI/B2B transactions, file‑based interfaces, and database‑driven integrations. The position requires deep hands‑on technical expertise combined with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. You will act as the primary integration subject matter expert, working closely with ERP teams, application owners, finance, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless and secure data exchange across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Integration Architecture & Delivery
    • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations across internal systems, ERP platforms, customers, vendors, and financial institutions using API, EDI, flat file, and event based integrations.
    • Support ERP‑centric integrations, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and related front‑end and financial systems.
    • Serve as a technical lead and own architecture decisions for integration platforms and middleware (Boomi AtomSphere or equivalent).

 

  • EDI & B2B Integration Management
    • Lead EDI onboarding and ongoing support for vendors and customers using X12 850, 860, 810, 855 and 856 documents
    • Manage and support protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, SMTP, and API based exchanges.

 

  • Team Structure and Collaboration:
    • Work as part of a cross functional IT team including ERP teams, application developers, infrastructure, and security.
    • Collaborate with external vendors, customers, banks, and integration partners.
    • Participate in project reviews, architectural discussions, and operational planning sessions.
    • Provide training and guidance to IT team members and business users as needed.
  • Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
    • Support and enhance existing integrations to improve performance, throughput, reliability, and monitoring.
    • Analyze root causes of integration failures and implement long‑term corrective actions.
    • Establish documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices.
    • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce technical debt.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in data integration, EDI, and B2B connectivity roles, with a significant experience with the Boomi platform
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory
  • Extensive experience across the full software development life cycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and production support.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with:
    • API‑based integrations (REST, ODATA, JSON, XML)
    • EDI standards (Purchasing and Distribution, Logistics)
    • Integration middleware and B2B platforms
    • SQL and relational databases
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with business, finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Background in telecommunications or construction industries.
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead, Integration Architect, or Senior Integration Engineer.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern integration patterns.
  • Experience mentoring or leading small technical teams.
