Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst

Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance a production PeopleSoft environment while leading the integration of new modules into the enterprise system. This role combines functional-technical integration, application support, and PeopleSoft development, with exposure across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and related systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, technical depth, and the ability to work independently in a complex, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

PeopleSoft Production Support

Human Resources, Benefits & Payroll

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the PeopleSoft production environment, including:

oHuman Resources

oBenefits

oPayroll

Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in coordination with functional and technical stakeholders

Research, test, and implement data corrections and processing fixes as required

Module Integration & Enhancements

Lead and support the integration of new PeopleSoft modules into the existing production environment, including:

oTime and Labor

oeProcurement

oBudget

oFinancials

Ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and system performance across modules

Technical Development & Customization

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations to meet evolving business requirements

Design, test, and deploy:

oIntegration and reporting solutions

Upgrades, Patches & Maintenance

Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and fixes

Coordinate testing efforts and assist with implementation activities

Provide Oracle DBA support for the PeopleSoft application environment

Assist with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system stability

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

3+ years of full-time experience as a PeopleSoft Integration and Support Analyst

Hands-on experience supporting production PeopleSoft environments

Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience:
