NetSuite / Salesforce Integration & Solution Architect
Contract 3 month engagement to start, with extension
On-Site - Arlington, MA
Overview:
The NetSuite / Salesforce Integration & Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. This role requires strong architectural vision, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business process automation and data flow. The architect will analyze current workflows, recommend integration best practices, and ensure robust, secure, and high-performance solutions are delivered in alignment with organizational goals.
Primary Objectives:
  • Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce, utilizing APIs, middleware, and appropriate integration tools.
  • Serve as technical lead in solution architecture, integration strategy, and best practice standards for both platforms.
  • Analyze and document existing business processes to identify integration opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve data visibility and accuracy.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless data synchronization.
  • Ensure all integration solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and architecture diagrams.
  • Collaborate with IT, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable integration solutions.
  • Stay current with advancements in NetSuite, Salesforce, and integration technologies, recommending enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce platforms.
  • Proven expertise in integrating NetSuite and Salesforce with middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, Workato).
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and workflow automation principles.
  • Solid background in solution and integration architecture, with experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
