Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in ERP implementation and system integration, specifically aligned with SAP and/or Baan ERP environments. The role will focus on managing technical integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and owning end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage ERP integration projects involving SAP and/or Baan systems.
  • Own and deliver project management artifacts, including project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and ERP partners to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment between integration workstreams and overall ERP implementation goals.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery standards, and best practices.
  • Support change management and communication activities related to ERP integrations.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as an IT Technical Project Manager.
  • Strong ERP integration experience, preferably with SAP and/or Baan.
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and middleware concepts.
  • Strong ownership of PM deliverables and project execution.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in hybrid or cross-functional team environments.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ERP modernization or migration programs.
